I was there on Black Friday to get a pair of shoe for my daughter. The sale assistant name was Eliana. She was vey efficient within 5 minutes my daughter tried on her shoes and brought it she was so kind and sweet.
Worst customer service! The receipt clearly states refunds are available within 30 days, but they refused to accept my return after just one week. The salesperson was rude and very unprofessional. Totally disappointed with this experience.
My partner went into this store after work one day (we work 12hrs shift work so she wasn’t dressed up to go shopping, and not that she needed to be) but she she walked into the store, she said the look she got from one of the employees made her feel like she was gross and made her immediately leave the store. She ended up buying the shoes online cause she felt so judged
Hello , I really need to mention about poor customer service @ upper Canada mall’s sales representative. Her name is Faith(spelling may wrong). She put the wrong size of shoes and I found it when I arrived at home. (One way >20min. Drive from the mall) I needed to come back She did not say sorry at all. Also I already applied cushion on the bottom of the wrong size of shoes and I do not want to take it off and re-applied to my right size of shoes because the adhesiveness and asked the new one because all these happened due to her mistake. She declined and her attitude very rough and finally she throw the new one toward me. The company really need customer service education. That’s all.

I recently been at this location and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. The customer service was abysmal. The staff's rude tone of voice and dismissive attitude made the shopping experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. To make matters worse, the management seemed completely unresponsive to customer concerns. When I tried to address the issue, I was met with indifference and a lack of accountability. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this location. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes to improve their service. Until then, I won't be returning and would advise others to think twice before shopping here.
I went in this store with my daughter this week and Alexis took extremely good care of us. From the beginning she was helpful (not pushy), informative and worked for all 3 pairs we bought. Getting just the right size and fit, suggesting insoles and encouraging us to try different options. She was such a delight we forgot we were shopping during COVID times. It was my first trip to a mall since lockdown so I was so pleased and relaxed. We will be back. Plus, the shoes are lovely and inexpensive. Thanks again Alexis! Exceptional service.
