Recently went here to get shoes for a dress and had a fantastic experience. The lady who helped me was great, professional and providing me with many suggestions to try! I actually ended up getting a pair of shoes that I wouldn’t have purchased if it wasn’t for her suggesting them. I LOVE them and they are so versatile. Thank you for a great experience :)
me and my friend went here to try on shoes because i needed grad shoes and when we asked one of the associates she rolled her eyes many times at me and my friend when trying on the shoe so we left never coming here again
Great items but the girls working there aren’t friendly or welcoming. No one offered to assist me or asked if I was able to find what I was looking for. I was literally in there walking around with my phone on the Aldo website trying to find handbags and compare what they looked in person. Some items they didn’t even have or if they did in the back i wouldn’t know, nobody cared to offer me any help. The store associates passed me or walked around me as they proceeded to help other customers that were brown or of middle eastern decent. This location is a NO for me.
I always buy my footwear at this location, the whole staff is very friendly and help me every time with a positive attitude and tentative service, right upon entering. Dani the manager was very patient and helped me find my last pair of dress shoes and showed me a few options, and even how to care for them to prolong their wear. Amazing service start to finish, I will be back!
Poor Costomer service with Ghazaleh , who called herself Lisa when i asked her name . I had 2 pair of shoes to return but she didn’t because, she was assuming i wore them but I didn’t. I asked for the manager and she said I’m the manager but such a shame to being a manager and you treat your customer like that. I returned my shoes in Fairview location without any problem however my home location is upper Canada mall but I never come back shopping there. Too much headache, arguing and hard time .
The cashier, ghazal working at Aldo upper Canada mall always give us a hard time for return or exchange and we regretted our shopping in this location. She is terrible in customer service because we know the policy of return and exchange but she always being so unhelpful. I’m not coming back to your location anymore .I don’t recommend this store in the mall.
My wife bought a pair of high heels 2 days ago and she asked 2 of the store staff if something was wrong can she bring them back and she was assured that she can return them and have 2 months. When she tried them she noticed that they are very uncomfortable, so after 2 days she decided to return them. The manager of the store was so rude to my wife and told her you can not return them as you used them. First of all how you gonna try a shoes without wearing them. If you don't wear them how you gonna see if they are comfortable or not. I contacted the aldo head office and filed a formal complaint as why the store manager was so rude to my wife as a customer? My wife paid 120$ for that and she was assured by 2 of the staff that she can return them if they are not comfortable but store manager refused to take them back. Being rude to customer is not acceptable at all and I will follow the complaint up to the final stage. This is not fair and will happen to other customers as well.
