Shopping during the Christmas season is stressful enough. I met the most patient, professional customer service rep on the planet....Charly. She was incredibly knowledgable and fun to interact with. Great job guys.
Excellent customer service! I bought some hoka shoes and found they were not for me after wearing them. I was allowed to return but it's recommended to wear them inside the house first! They let me exchange for another pair of shoes which were the On Cloud
Today I went to return an item I purchased online around 1 pm . I saw three associates. One was helping other customers and the other two giggling like immature teenagers . The girl with the brown hair kind of short asked me if I need assistance I said I am returning then she giggled and told me to wait . She was doing nothing just standing there .very unprofessional . I know ur job is not very rewarding but u r there to assist clients . Very unprofessional . Next time I will take my business elsewhere
Yesterday I went in and i was going to walk out with two pairs of shoes but I was turned off by the fact that the person who was helping me was wearing the most sour face I have ever come across. She was absolutely miserable! Than the person who was tending the cash - matched her sentiments and couldn’t smile at anyone either. I used to love this store. I left the shoes and walked out and gave my business to know store.
Very disappointed in the lack of customer service at this store on the evening of August, 19, 2019, as the staff were at the counter chatting with each other and provided no assistance with sizes.
By far the loveliest people I have encountered and BEST customer service. Warm greetings from Raul and his team I will never forget this experience, I can’t wait to come back and purchase my favourite hunter stockings and many, many more shoes only from browns.
