Fantastic service from Dan, who went above and beyond to make sure my dog stays fed with a specialty product that is hard to find right now! Girl at the cash was great too -- very friendly and helpful.
It’s so sad that Dexter the cat who lived here for 13 years has been kicked out. New owner is heartless !! Poor cat. We refuse to shop here any more. Going to Petsmart and Global Pets. Anywhere but here. Too bad because the girls who work here are nice.
What an unfriendly experience at the cashier today. I tried asking a simple question, but he couldn’t even bother to take his AirPods out and listen. So rude and unprofessional — absolutely awful service. No business from me, that’s for sure.
The staff here are always friendly and have helped me tremendously with health issues and what to try before spending hundreds on vet visits. I find it hard to believe there would be a negative review. I wanted to update my review. I visit the 16640 Yonge Street location. It is very close to my home And Kathy Burtnyk is just amazing. She knows the store inside and out and where the products are, and what they do, and it astounds me how much care she takes in a store that she doesn’t even own. Debra was very helpful and I found the food easily, as well as a toy for my kitty. Nicely kept store and decorated for the Christmas season. I will be going back for sure!
This location is super small, but they sure do carry a lot of stock. This is the only store that I’m guaranteed to find my specific dog food brand. There usually is only 1 associate working in the store, I’ve met maybe 3-4 different women working there and they’ve all been super friendly and helpful. There’s also lots of parking so that’s never an issue!
Excellent service, very knowledgable staff, super friendly atmosphere. Great prices for the services (had my dog’s teeth cleaned and my cat’s nails clipped) The ladies working there are the true animal whisperers and truly work their magic on our fur babies.
