Absolutely disgusting customer service. I tried to exchange the same item that I bought online in store, another location said it was not an issue and they would return it and this specific location refused to return for the same item in a smaller size and demanded that I pay the The non-sale price which was $20 more for the same item just because it wasn’t on sale at their location. Absolutely horrible customer service at this store. Go to any other location except this one!!!
Went here to get some stuff for our puppy, Mahshad patiently explained what we might need and honestly , there were some stuff I had no idea we needed. Will go back for future needs for sure
