Patrick is an absolutely ridiculously rude business owner. Ruined my car and refused to own up to his mistake. I was willing to forget the issue but his attitude stinks and because of that I am really ticked off. Hope his demeanor changes and so does his mechanic skills.
Took my vehicle in for something small, he ended up trying to replace the engine and eventually stole my car. He has had it for one year and hasn’t returned it. We are now taking him to court for it.
Patrick is a great mechanic. I would highly recommend coming here if you want your car really taken care of. Not only is Patrick thorough in diagnosis and explaining everything, he does incredible work. Not only is Patrick an exceptionally knowledgeable and a remarkable auto mechanic, but he is also clearly passionate about helping people. I must admit that this review/thank-you note is long overdue. You see, before meeting Patrick and getting him to work on both our cars, my family and I had suffered through our two previous mechanic shops. We had not enjoyed our cars for nearly 4 years. We were ready to replace both cars due to various issues that were labeled by previous mechanics as “normal-due-to-the-age-of-the-cars”. This was simply because my previous two mechanic shops did not want to bother themselves by working on older cars. I believe that the time it would have taken them to diagnose and repair complex issues is not profitable for them. Therefore; they would rather dismiss our issues and take on easier jobs where they can make the most profit. Then, someone recommended for us to go see Manic Mechanic. Patrick was happy to take on the challenge of carefully troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing both our cars. He single-handedly resolved all our complicated car issues! Both cars now run smoother than ever before. We do not need to replace our cars! We have never enjoyed driving our cars as much as we do now; and all our sincere thanks go out to Patrick. He is simply a magician in the way he works on vehicles. A car whisperer, if you will. Words cannot explain this feeling of inner peace and trust that we felt after Patrick finished repairing our cars. Needless to say; Patrick will continue to look after our cars for as long as feasibly possible. Not worth your time speaking to them, they are busy, they are quality mechanics (based on the reviews here) but whoever I talk to there lacks the skill of customer service. Don't waste your time if you don't know them personally or haven't dealt with them in the past. Response to owner: I only asked ONCE, about getting a ballpark figure, before I could even ask to book for an appointment, you cut me off and told me "there are 6 people infront of me, I don't have time, my next appointment is 5 weeks out anyway" Let me clarify again, I didn't get a chance to ask for an appointment and get that statement from you. You're a joke. If you got a problem with my review, I'm just down on Gorham. Also it was my first EVER phone call to your store. Glad to know you're still in business when you treat new customers like how you treated me. P.s. the owner is a doozy, check out the 1 star reviews here. You'll see a common theme.
Confident and knowlegable mechanic. Patrick fit me in on short notice for a oil and filtre change. He also checked my tires carefully and made sure they were properly inflated. Nice to have a mechanic you trust. Thanks Patrick.
