Audrey and her team are fantastic. My engine misfired in Newmarket, and as fortune would have it, M & A happened to be the closest shop. Audrey took me in immediately and explained what issues were diagnosed step by step. The engine issues were repaired by the next day. She was extremely diligent and went above and beyond. I found m&a on google and took my juke there to get the wheel locks removed and the breaks done. They were very honest and it took less time than they quoted me, I am very happy with there services and the timely manner it was performed at. Highly recommend calling ahead & setting up appointments, turnaround will be quick that way. The shop is fully equipped to handle a variety of issues & for any edge cases will recommend local alternatives. Service is on par or (& in my case) better then OEM. Techs will talk to you 1on1 explain what they did, any issues they encountered and most importantly highlight any problems you may have in the future while providing an accurate timeframe for repairs. These guys KNOW cars & can pinpoint most common issues quickly even over a quick chat.
