My friend and I came to SHO Sushi and it was fantastic, the service was fast, the food was delicious and the vibes were excellent. Scarlett was out waitress and she was so kind and sweet. I would definitely recommend coming here!
Flavour was definitley quality! Excellent service, nice environment and overall we really enjoyed our meal! We will definitley be returning!! Love this place
The sushi is great, fresh, and priced well. The restaurant is super clean and organized. The staff are incredibly accommodating and are very kind. My favourite place to order both dine-in and take-out from. They are quick, clean, and kind. Definitely recommend!
This place was excellent! The outside might seem dingy but once you walk inside, it’s so cozy and clean! The sushi was super fresh and delicious, like nothing I’ve had before. Overall, a great place to eat.
Very yummy spicy salmon rolls for lunch, with a nice little hand written note and a miso complimentary! Thank you for nourishment and a smile! Arigato gozamasu!
This is the first time I am editing a review. But I went here again and have to drop the 5 stars to 2. The sushi rice was so over boiled that the rolls could not stay together. All the rolls had a lot of weird tasting sauces. Such a shame since last time I went was really good.
Edit: Alright, i decided to give them another try. I still really love their sushi and have gotten very good service since I posted this review. I also appreciate then acknowledging my review, and giving me a response. Have had some of their fried items since and they've improved significantly. Eat there often now. Sushi is really good (tempura, teriyaki, anything fried is AWFUL), however their customer service is sub par. Called and nobody picked up, so I called back and they hung up on me (place is open, I called at 8:10pm), figured maybe they're really busy so I waited another 10 mins and called. It rang three times before going to their voicemail. Meaning they ignored the call. If you can't serve me, just say so!! It's so rude to just hang up/ignore a call. Bad customer service that's for sure. I'll take my business somewhere else I guess!
