I don't normally do reviews but I am just surprised it seems like most of the things I have read here are bad reviews. But I would say wherever you go, it is just difficult to please everyone. I had bad experienced at the different clinic I've been to before. I even booked an appointment yet I still have to wait an hour. Here at Newmarket Medical Centre, you don't really have to wait as long as you have your appointment. Wherever you go, it is the clinic rules to take their patients in first before the walk in. I've been going to this clinic for a long time already and I am so happy and satisfied with their service especially Dr. Salehi. I even recommended this clinic to my family, relatives and friends .
Every time I am forced to go to this medical facility, walk-in or otherwise, the staff is always horrible to deal with. They're rude and offer sarcastic comments and they always treat me and my family horribly. I have no problems with the doctors here but when the staff that deals with people is horrible, it really doesn't make me want to continue seeing the doctors.
Patience is worth it.You do wait for sometime as it is a walk-in clinic. However, the doctors, nurses, and staff make it worthwhile, as they are a pleasure to speak to, direct, and truly helpful in whatever questions you may have. They do appointments, so if you are not patient with waiting for on most occasions more than an hour I would recommend that.
The front desk lady, dark hair, I believe her name is Catherine(thats what she said her name was)... was very rude and giving me attitude. She called me because it was my turn to go in. All I asked her was which room again? She said hmm why cant you wait till Im ready in the rudest tone ever. I felt like I was 6 years old. Then she was leaving I said should I follow you? She said ugh... not tell I tell you. Dont you have patience? (After waiting 45 mins). Felt highly disrespected. She shouldnt be working with sick patients with that attitude. Ruined my whole day
Their doctors are very professional and knowledgeable as well as their receptionist. They always do their best to accommodate everyone who needs their help. Walk in patient might have to wait a little longer but it doesn't really matter as long as the doctors really care about their patients and give them the proper care. I would definitely recommend Newmarket Medical Centre.
