I had some keys cut and when I got to my car I noticed one was not right . I went back in and was given quick attention an d left the store satisfied..
Im a regular customer here and my overall impression is that most of the staff are very friendly and have clearly been trained to readily approach customers to help them. Not only that but they also tend to know the store very well. I can ask anyone about a random product and they can direct me to the correct department (and sometimes even the specific aisle). Prices are competitive with other stores. Selection is very good - even better in a sense since they have a lot of unique items. Its also very convenient with parking right off Davis and the store being small so that you dont have to walk a mile just to get one item.
I like this place. The stuff is knowledgeable and pretty much everywhere, not like in other store where you need to look for one.
Convenient location. Sometimes has good sales. Good quality stuff. The staff is not very knowledgeable about the products and regular priced items are too expensive.
I like these stores a lot. Always have great finds or just what you need. This one has nice staff.
