If I could give no stars I would. I do not understand how this guy is still in business with the way he treats people. No wonder the staff changes so much. There are way too many good stores in Newmarket to be shopping here.
I purchase a decent amount of product from this company for my new house. The price was comparable to Home Depot in the style of hardwood I was looking for. I was worried about installers being messy, they were surprisingly clean and very professional. The sales guy Jeff was funny and actually came through on his service promise.. Very rare and good experience.
My wife and I decided to check out carpet stores in the Newmarket area. We decided to check out at least 3 stores, this stop was our second. When we arrived two sales people greeted me and my wife. They both helped us pick out carpet for our bedrooms with no pressure. I planned on installing my self but the deal we got with old carpet removal, installation and shipping was too good to pass up.They have a really nice sitting area that feels like home. I plan on going back for vinyl for my basement in spring... Thanks Jeff and Riley
