Went in today after booking through the sports clips app then drove to this location. Was next in line and received a text message to confirm which was aligned with the message through the app. The employee Katherine told me the barber will be right with me so I sat in a chair to wait. They appeared to take a walk-in customer despite my booked appointment. The timeline refreshed for me to wait 29 minutes… I inquired about this and was told to wait five minutes while a separate employee that I did not book with finished with another customer. Hopefully they did not intend to rush so this customer mid-haircut received a quality haircut. I left. We had an appointment and after planning my schedule for the day and driving there I wasted my time and gas. Since Ryan had left this location, I have had bad experiences with the quality of the hair cut from Galina and customer service from other employees. Will not be returning to this location. I emplore this location and franchisee to respect their customers time and look at the screen in front of you to plan your scheduling appointments and day accordingly.
Called to ask if there is availability for a walk-in haircut. Lady on the phone said yes come in. After I showed up I was told to sign in on the computer which I did, but my name did not come up on their digital waitlist. I tried again, it didn't work. I asked if we could skip this as there was nobody else waiting, and I just wanted a quick and simple hair cut. Response was "no". But I tried signing in twice and the system did not show me on their waitlist. Ridiculous and useless. Wish the lady at the counter was at least understanding and not rude as she was.
I’ve been a regular client at the Newmarket location for several years. The staff are friendly and the store is always clean. I would recommend getting the MVP season pass. Love the wash after each haircut.
Every time I come to the Newmarket location I have nothing but issues. Last time I had trouble checking in online so, I showed up to checkin and got a lecture that this must be done. It doesn't make semse because you can login on site so not sure what the issue was on that day. Today I was able to checkin online and because I live 20min away it timed out. Not doing it while I am driving (its against the law) so honestly what more do you want from me? Then I was not able to re-login to re-checkin due to this time out. I was told we wouldn't be seen but then they changed their minds and then they told me they could but...put me at the bottom of the list. This makes no sense even after I followed the rules. Really disappointed with this location. I stopped coming here because of the issues everytime but unfortunately my favourite Bradford location, was closing early this evening. Never coming to this location again!
Comfortable atmosphere but a little pricey. By the time you pay and leave a tip you might as well go to a high end salon like Josephs at the mall and get your hair cut by professionals !
Great place for a haircut, with unique amenities. Hairstylists are knowledgeable and courteous, and wait times are reasonable. Equipment used and the facility itself are new and clean, and new combs and towels are used for every new patron. Parking spaces are not an issue. Store location is also reasonably easy to find, and prices are good for the amount of service you are getting.
Great experience. Rith was excellent...very friendly and made sure I enjoyed the MVP treatment. Will definitely return for my next cut.
