It’s a delight to talk to Ernie who is the owner of Ultra Furniture. He’s very helpful and low key, absolutely no pressure. So far I’ve bought a wonderful solid wood bookcase and very nice wardrobe. You can choose the stain for the wardrobe. There’s many very affordable choices here. Very nice dining sets, couches and coffee tables and much more. I will surely return for more in future.
Purchased our new King bed. Prices can beat local big chains and Ernie is wonderful to deal with. We have also purchased mattresses in the past, great value and great products.

After ordering a table and 6 chairs, shortly after one of the chairs broke. it's been a month of going back and forth. always had to chase them for an answer. they will NOT replace the chair nor refund our money. They had the audacity to try and sell us 2 chairs that were in their warehouse. All we wanted was our chair replaced. Never buy from them again. they suck
After ordering a table and chairs from another company and waiting over a month due to back orders I cancelled and ordered a table from Ibrahim. I’m not exaggerating, within 24 hours I had my table ordered, delivered and set up for me!!! These guys are AMAZING. Not pushy at all, up front and answered all my questions and always responded promptly to my questions. I ordered delivery from them and they were careful and efficient, couldn’t believe how quickly it was delivered and then to my surprise they set the table up for me!!! Honestly, support local businesses and order your furniture and other things from these guys! Thanks a million times Ibrahim and colleagues. I was nervous I wouldn’t have a table for Christmas and now we are all set!!!
I couldn't express how great it was working with Ernie. He was super helpful and NOT intrusive or forceful like tradition salesman. He was patient and he even stayed beyond the time his store usually closes just to accommodate my busy schedule during the week. Also, their furniture selection was very nicely designed and the prices were more than fair. Definitely need to go back here next time I'm in need of more furniture.
Ordered a couch and got exactly what we wanted for a good price. Our piece arrived within the timelines we were promised. The delivery staff were very professional and prepared accordingly. Would definitely buy from this store again.

I actually live in the high park area of Toronto and ordered from this place over the phone. Found them online, and they had some of the best prices for solid wood bunk beds. Even with delivery, which was $50, it was very well priced. Saved me a 2 hour trip and the bunk bed was easy to put together! I highly recommend this place if you live in the GTA!
