I was very fortunate to come across Newmarket Office Furniture. Although I only needed one fancy office chair I was able to get a showroom appointment with one of their wholesalers allowing me to choose the perfect chair for myself which is all I wanted. They were even kind enough to allow me to exchange out the first chair I bought because I left I wanted something even better, just a better fit I guess. Their customer service was exceptional, Josh, Mary, another secretary I spoke to a handful of time. All very helpful, all good people. I recommend doing business with them.

Amazing people to work with.. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They spent a few hours working with me to understand which chair worked best for me. They then took the time to explain all the functions of the chair. I love in Toronto so it is an hour drive for me to get here, but it was so worth it. Several stores in the GTA just don't compare. Definetly recommend Newmarket furniture ask for Josh or Mary, amazing people.
