I’ve always liked this Bouclair store. I have always found great, well-priced home decor options to update my home seasonally. And it smells amazing in there! But my past visit, Jenny went above and beyond. She spent a lot of time with me and on the phone to another location to help me procure an ottoman that was nearly sold out everywhere. Customer service far exceeds expectations at this location.

The worst hours known to man! Who closes at 6 and the hours are also so random! Wouldn’t be surprised if it goes out of business, I saw 3 people walk up to the door that to me is lost sales potential

Hi Christina, we're sorry that our opening hours aren't convenient for you. We are open until from Sunday to Wednesday and open later from Thursday to Saturday and our website is open for business 24/7.

Bought a coffee table online and it arrived defected. A large scratch was found right down the Center of the table top. Went through customer service for a replacement and the second coffee table also had a scratch in the same location. There must be a quality issue with these tables. Wrote an honest review to warn others about the quality of the table but Bouclair would not publish my honest review on their website. Don’t trust the reviews on their website.

Lauren was terrific, providing and looking up inventory for me ... at close to 9 p.m. She was pleasant and offtered some great suggestions for my project. I really appreciated the soft close with no prezsure to leave the store. Excellent customer service and a good sale on right now- I'll certainly be back!

I really like how they have everything laid out by colour / material. A fresh take compared to other home furnishing stores. Overall store seems a little crammed but still a good time walking around.

Slightly overpriced considering you can buy a lot of similar stuff at HomeSense in the same plaza. But I do love the way this store is organized and find it convenient to shop.
