I always enjoy coming to this Tim Hortons. The staff here are incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming. They always greet you with a smile and prepare the orders quickly and accurately. The positive atmosphere and great customer service make every visit pleasant. Thank you to the wonderful team at this location.
The employees in this restraint are very rude and there not nice people. They never gets the orders right. And then when you complain they are rude a mouthy. This store needs new management and new employees. There are a few young kids they do awesome jobs. But the Manger and the older ones are very rude.
An average place for coffee, baked goods, and sandwiches. L shaped dining room. Friendly staff. Quick drive thru that exits awkwardly into the parking lot.
If you're hoping to receive your order error free, or that when you place your order they have the product in stock, DO NOT go to this Tim Hortons! Obviously the manager has not read, or does not care about the reviews. If she/he has read the reviews then shame on them for not doing anything to improve the service at this location.
2023 Nov. 3/5 -food was mid, nothing special, the pastries I got were rather bland compared to the usual, the sandwich I got was slopped together. -service was VERY slow... 2021 November... 5/5 Fast drive thru (during the morning rush), good quality food (for a Tim's)...no complaints...
Nice Timmies, clean with nice staff. Sometimes a little slow on the weekend since they're still hiring and training new people there. But wifi is good and the food is good as well. Add-on. If you get there after around 6pm, be prepared to tell them they're out of stock on sandwiches, buns, etc.
