Second Cup used to be my regular go-to spot, but something has definitely changed recently whether it’s new staff, new management, or ownership. Unfortunately, the personal touch and warm customer experience that made this location special seem to be gone. Service feels less friendly and less attentive, and the overall atmosphere just isn’t what it used to be. One thing that’s especially frustrating is the tip option at the drive-thru. It really shouldn’t be popping up for drive-thru orders, and having to navigate through it every time makes the payment process feel awkward and inconvenient. No sleeves on drinks that are piping hot. No drink stoppers on drinks no trays being offered automatically on more than two drink orders. I truly hope this location can bring back the quality and customer care it once had, because it used to be one of the best.
The coffee was excellent smooth and flavourful. The staff were super friendly and made the place feel really welcoming. Loved the cozy seating and calm atmosphere.
I haven't been to Second Cup in a long time. Stopped by this location for a cold drink with some buddies. The place was pretty much empty. The service was great with the barista offering up lots of helpful information about the drinks they have and the options we were inquiring about. The drinks were delicious. They also have patio seating which is great option since the coffee shop was a bit cold. Would definitely go back.
I have been to this location 3 times so far. The 1st time everything was good the latte, coffee and staff. The 2nd time on Sunday around 5, the girl was telling me that she just cleaned everything as closing at 6, still 1hr to go?. So she did everything for me.. The coffee was very tasteless and cold. Tasted like water. Likely due to end of the day?. Then last time, I got latte, because my last good experience with latte. It was very bad,. It tasted anything other than latte, not even coffee. But, the personnel are very nice.
Hi. 2nd CUP I'm giving 5 stars only because there is no option for 6 stars Hehehe Carrot oatmeal muffins My wife likes it apparently they are delicious I'm not mentioning about BREAKFAST COOKIES De li cious Any way Very cozy place not too busy Good location Wonderful idea to pop...in and have a good fresh coffee and delicious muffin Keep it up guys
My family and I had a nice time there. The staff is very friendly and patient and was kind to our children. We forgot our phone there and then they closed but they still answer the phone and told us we can come back and pick it up which we really appreciate it very very much so thank you again staff! Oh and the drinks they made were on point good stuff!
Staff is always so kind. I love trying any new drinks they have. The drive thru isn't superfast but they're so nice. One time I didn't realize how early I was and they served me at the drive thru before their actual open hour hit.
