If i could give this place a zero i would. went to see the dr said would fax my prescription the the pharmacist; go to my pharmacist to realize it wasnt faxed. called in to get them to fax; said i have to go in! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? the receptionist is NOT FIT TO BE A RECEPTIONIST, they need to hire someone who knows how to run a medical office! they constantly want you to go in to continue to swipe your OHIP! and because the receptionist cant do her job all things fall through the crack!
I had a great experience at this clinic for full body laser. The staff were knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel very comfortable during the entire process. The clinic is clean, modern, and uses high-quality equipment. I’ve already noticed amazing results after just a few sessions. Highly recommend!
This clinic was a very bad experience overall. It says "Walk-in Clinic," but they clearly don’t care about walk-in patients — they only prioritize their own regular ones. The receptionist is rude and doesn’t respond properly. They don’t even answer the phone, and they lie about being open on Saturdays when they’re actually closed. The doctor who finally saw me was also very rude and acted like he was talking about himself instead of helping me. Very unprofessional place — I would not recommend it at all.
First physical since Dr Hammed and his staff took over this practice. All staff members were polite and respectful. The physical was very thorough and they adressed all my questions and concerns. Very, very happy with all members of the team.
I walked in on a whim because my usual walk-in clinic was closed, I was very pleased with my visit to Dr Health Clinic. As a new patient, I ended up having to wait a bit, but it was well worth the wait because the doctor took my concern seriously. He sent me down to get an x-ray in the same building on a lower floor, and when I went down, they were closed, and just as I was calling my husband to figure out next steps, the doctor himself came down and told me to head over to the ER for an x-ray. I needed a procedure in the ER that same day, and I would not have had the care I needed if it weren’t for the doctor’s concern and respect for my situation. Highly recommend.
I was processed to the examination room within 5 minutes of my appointment time, the nurse then arrived minutes later and performed some minor treatment of a recurring skin problem, and Dr Hamad then arrived a few minutes later to advise on the other medical condition I had. Pleasant, knowledgeable, and highly competent. The whole clinic works in a highly efficient manner and is exceptional amongst the common performance evaluations of general practitioners.
Dr. Hamed has been a great doctor. His staff are always happy, professional and prompt. Appointment times are very flexible and he is on time! I have positive visits and think highly of him as a doctor and a person. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family.
