I have been a patient of Dr. Upadhyay for well over a decade, as have my parents. I unfortunately incurred a very complex medical condition that he has helped me navigate in a way no specialist or other dr has been able to. I place my utmost trust in him, as I do with my parents health in later years. I can’t recommend him and all med enough.

Just left a routine scheduled check up. Waited for 2 hrs. -really watched, and studied as people came and went. -the staff were friendly and professional, no one was on their phone, or wasting time. I wanted to be angry, but couldn’t - everyone was thorough, and professional. It’s not Tim Hortons - it’s healthcare - our system(s) are broken and overrun, and it’s not the fault of the people in it - it’s the government - they wreck everything they touch. Our healthcare system (and everything else in this country) is struggling because of poor policy, corruption and bureaucratic incompetence. Couldn’t be happier a) I have a Dr. and b) the staff are professional enough, when they’re busy to take an extra second, and do things right. Bring a book, relax, and plan accordingly… it’s just the way it is now.

If you value your hard-earned money, your dignity and your time look for another medical facility and PLS READ THE BELOW: After being on hold for several minutes each time (I called), I chose to change my doctor. The service and competence were beyond pathetic. In May 2025, I requested the medical records of my family be transferred to another clinic – one closer to my home. You would think that medical records would be sent directly to the new clinic online. However, I get a call Dec 2025 (seven months later) to come collect a USB with all my medical records to be delivered to my current doctor. When I get there, they say this would cost me $60 for a USB. Then they said its $60 per USB per person i.e. 3 people in the family and this would be $180. Remember each USB costs $7.99 at the check-out at Best buy and to encrypt and save files takes seconds and is free the world over. However, I received one USB, when I called to inquire as I paid $180 they mentioned all three individuals data is on that one USB. Firstly, shouldn’t transfer of medical records be the health care systems responsibility like OHIP. How is OHIP allowing this? We are taxed to death for these very services and now we have to pay for our own records. The last issue was the best. Since this entire medical centre is a racquet to swindle you out of money, they charge you $2 per 15 mins/hour. I paid as you have no choice, they will not give you a receipt. I took it up with the manager and they refuse to give you a receipt for your credit card being charged saying your barcode printout is your receipt which says nothing but indemnifies the owner of the parking lot / medical facility of loss/damage/theft of private property. I guess healthcare should be the least of our worries even after being taxed for it. 5 Million people are without healthcare in Canada. I guess government of Canada doesn’t care about people being cheated and when a country is out of funds all its infrastructure starts crumbling with zero accountability.

My experience at All Meds Health has been wonderful. The reception team is kind and efficient, always greeting patients with a smile. The clinicians are patient, knowledgeable, and truly care about your wellbeing. Appointments are handled smoothly, and I always feel heard and respected. I’m grateful for the quality of care I receive here.”

Online booking, phone contact, and dealing with receptionist is a pain. Dr.Mirza randomly started talking about pedophiles in the middle of the appointment. I've transferred myself and my family out.

I went to Urgent Care for the first time ever to have an injured toe looked at. It wasn’t busy and I was in and out in 45 mins. The service was friendly and prompt. It seems to be a very practical solution for minor things instead of clogging up the Emergency department of the hospital.

One of the few places I know that consistently takes walk-ins. When I found out my family doctor retired, they were able to quickly get me the help I needed. I don't remember the name of the physician that handled me, but I want give special thanks to her. She could tell I was very stressed, and took the time to chat with me. Her empathy in that moment meant a lot to me. I understand they are often overwhelmed and can see they are doing their best. Reception has always been incredibly kind and does their best to accommodate you and keep you informed.

Thank you for your review, we wish most people had your prospective that 45 mins is better then 4-5 hours in the emergency. We are doing our best to improve wait times, but we see very urgent cases some days. So, Thank you for being to empathetic and understanding. We are grateful that you trusted us with your care.
