Great food but I ordered a pick up order from Uber and the young dude set the timer for almost an hour to make 2 subs. I showed up 15 mins after I ordered knowing it wouldn't take 45 mins to make. He seemed a little stand offish and even rude that I showed up. The sandwiches were done as soon as I walked in.. poor customer service, great food
The guy who served us made a mess of our subs, didn’t listen to what we wanted. Not Welcoming or polite in any way. Definitely shouldn’t be working in customer service. Won’t be back The Queso one and roast beef and cheddar. Only one of them was at the front. The other guy walked by once but it wasn’t him
The ppl who gave this location negative reviews are gravely mistaken. This is one of the best Mr subs ever. I have been here over a hundred times and never once had any sort of negative experience. If you don't like the amount of a certain topping guess what u can do.. just ask for more. It's simple but I guess some ppl r just dumb. Haha anyways this location is great always fresh bread and toppings. The short Asian lady that works here is the best and whenever I see new staff here they r always being trained very well. I am getting hungry now. Gonna go get me yet another amazing sub
I called to see if I could order a tray of subs for pick up today. Asked the gentleman if they could accommodate in 1 hour and 15 min. He said well we usually need 24 hours. I mentioned that Subway does orders same day and he told me to give them a call. His attitude was flippant and the message received was if you don't like it go somewhere else. In addition, I could hear a female employee while I was on hold-phone was set down no mute-complaining about management. Very disappointed. Will not give them my business again.
The past 2 times I've been in have been later at night and everything is still really fresh. I also think the lady that works there in the evening is really nice and I'll continue to drive up to this location
Place was busy for lunch. The line up and the seating area are the same space so do not eat in around 12. Bread was great and order was done correctly.
Your standard Mr.Sub. Lots of variety menu wise. Clean environment and friendly employees. Parking is troublesome from the amount of traffic going to and from McDonalds.
