Do not go here. Dr. Alona Kuzmina is very unprofessional in the way she speaks to patients. She asked if I drank alcohol, I said a few beers a week and then she said “beer is bad, you need to drink vodka” which even if vodka is better, it’s just an unprofessional thing to say patients. After the removal, she put polysporin on the wound directly with the tube which makes me worried about cross contamination now since the tip of the tube touched my wound and I’m not sure if someone before or after me had the same issue. I looked her up on CPSO and her license is currently restricted, not sure why, but makes me feel uncertain about this entire place. Nobody has explanations about any of this, but I see they report peoples reviews as spam which will be escalated if done.
Dr. Kuzmina was wonderful. I was very nervous and she put me at ease. She was easy to talk to and followed up after my appointment to see how I was healing, and if I had any concerns. I will visit the clinic again in the future.
wants to charge for touch up apt when I paid 300$ to wait an hour past my apt time and then have a 5min procedure. fees weren't disclosed and very unprofessional. Have had warts removed in similar ways with free touchups, anesthetic elsewhere also free, when i told them i didn't want to pay additional for anesthetic, i was guilted into taking it as the surcharge on it is at a ridiculously high markup.
We took our 9 year old son here for wart removal after it wasn't working to freeze it at the Drs office. My husband called and was quoted $200. The procedure was explained and said it included freezing the area prior to removal. We phoned back an hour before to see if we should give him Tylenol and we're told no, again told they give a anesthetic freezing. After we got there, are in the treatment room and he's on the bed for the procedure we are told its going to be $300, and are we okay with that? Not sure what else we are supposed to say at this point we drove an hour to get there. We did the procedure anyway during which time my son screamed in pain the entire time and said he could feel everything from the time she scalpled the wart off and through the laser burning. There was maybe a 3 minute window between the freezing and scalpal, which she didnt even ask him if it felt frozen yet, she just kept laughing saying your fine. We paid and left but my husband went back in to ask why we were charged $100 more than quoted. The receptionist smiled and pointed at the $100 charge for anesthetic. He asked why they didn't tell us that over the phone and the receptionist just smirked and shrugged her shoulders. I feel this is a completely unethical and unprofessional place, from the perspective of my sons treatment to their dishonest foot I the door pricing. Do not recommend.
I had some bothersome skin tags removed by this place. Nurse Junah was amazing, she didn't leave any of my questions unanswered. Very knowledgable and patient with me during procedure. Nice place. Will definitely go back.
I was very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort. The nurse, Sherry was very kind and welcoming, and comforting. She was very skilled, procedure was painless! Definitely will be back - I felt a lot better immediately after receiving the IV vitamins!
