My experience at this Lovisa location was very disappointing. The staff is not polite at all, especially two blonde employees who looked like the seniors there, I even overheard that one of them is the manager, which makes it even more surprising. They don’t offer a basket; they basically throw it toward you without asking if you even want one. They’re also extremely pushy about collecting emails. They try to force you to give it, and when you say no, they act rude and avoid eye contact as if they’re trying to pressure you. On top of that, they keep over asking and staring at you while you’re browsing. It felt overwhelming and uncomfortable. To make it worse, the items I bought rusted really fast. Definitely not worth it. I won’t be coming back. Also not surprised at all about the low reviews rate they have.
Amazing variety of jewelry, including waterproof pieces that are both stylish and durable. The prices are absolutely incredible, making it easy to find trendy accessories without breaking the bank. On top of that, the customer service is excellent,friendly and helpful staff make the shopping experience even better. I’ll definitely be visiting again soon
I had my helix piercing done by the store manager at this location. The staff was very welcoming and Marianna was incredibly courteous and listened to all my questions and concerns. I walked in unsure but walked out a happy customer. Will most definitely return!!
