Amazing customer service!, only went in for a battery replacement for my wife's watch and had my daughter with me...while we waited, Paul the owner spent time showing us different clocks and all the chimes.
Showed up to the store looking for a ring. They told me to email them what I was looking for and they'd quote me. I never heard back, even with a follow up email. Their voicemail hasn't even been activated so you can't leave a msg - ask yourself this, if you have an issue with their product, will they support you? Definitely not. This is the worst business I've dealt with in a long time. I called another company instead (will NEVER use them) and was treated with much more consideration SAME DAY. Don't ever use this company. The other good reviews must be fake or written by staff.
Friendly, courteous staff who make every effort to help the customer find exactly what he/she is looking for.
