I've been going to different health food store in Newmarket for the past many years. To my surprise I happened to come across Metro Health Food store upon doing groceries. I must say, the service is exceptional in comparison. I've personally get assistance from Flora. Flora is very knowledgeable, compassionate and actually listens. I've gone to her for the past 6months for various issues and her recommendations has definitely enhances my life. The supplements, the homeopathic remedies, detoxification and every day care. I highly recommend Flora. I always leave there feeling grateful and hopeful.
First, Id ike to comment on how clean and organized it is. Well thought out isles. Second, a decent selection of products for all your needs. Third, the staff there are so sweet and truly caring. They really know their products and recommend the best ones they can for what you need. I asked a simple question about immunity boost vitamins for my daughter who wasn't getting over a cold and I got education on not only the vitamins that they carry but why each one does what it does. I left the store confident in my choices and honestly my daughter is already so much better. I would recommend them to anyone, and Karen is wonderful.
I have been struggling with acne for almost 2 years now. I have spent a lot of money and time trying to manage it and figure out with no luck. Until I went into this store in Newmarket in Metro store and I met with Jessica! This girl is incredible!! She was so patient and absolutely brilliant. Her energy and attitude is out of this world. With in 1.5 months of doing what Jessica had told me to I feel I finally have my acne under control! If you have the same problem I seriously encourage you to go see her!
