I have called today asking the price for deep dahi vada. The lady respond call and tell her I need 10 packets of dahi vada asked the price.She was very rude and doesn’t have manner how to talk customer. I will never go to this place and will not recommend anyone.
I drove a long way for this grocery store but it needs lot more stocking. I do understand though, as the owners are new and have taken over recently and were trying to stock up Very friendly people so I know they will do better and succeed. The takeout place in the back has good food Their veggie sandwich is good but portion size is small. The bread they use could be better actually.
Very pleasant experience going in- such friendly and helpful personnel, you want to make purchases to support a local business! Purchased a dozen samosas from the counter at the back - well priced and excellent flavours. Will definitely be back for more.
Been to this store a number of items since it’s opening and whatever you need is not available in this store, even basic items like cumin seeds. When asked, it’s always “out of stock”. I have never seen vegetables in the store as that section is always shut. Once I was looking for the family pack of Maggie and ended up finding a few other smaller packets on discount.. they were all expired. Sometimes there is no one at the billing section too. I now only go there for picking up samosas from Samosa Master. I was happy to see an Indian store in the neighborhood but it’s just a front, good for selling samosas.
They really need to install an exhaust fan in there. The whole place was full of smoke and smelled like burnt oil. It even got into my clothes. I spent the next couple of hours smelling like deep fried oil. Other than that, its a decent place. Limited choices but looking forward to them expanding.
This place in the Newmarket is the best place for Indian grocery and other Indian stuffs I would recommend others to visit this place if you are looking for Indian grocery . From my visit to this place I could easily say that I got everything that I wanted so I would recommend all Indians living in Newmarket and nearby area to visit this place
