After a very trying and frustrating experience with the M&M East Gwillimbury store dealing with the only staff there (young, poorly trained and with such ATTITUDE) I proceeded directly to the nearest M&Ms at Davis whose only staff at the time (a lovely & very friendly lady) very promptly and swiftly dealt with my purchase problem with NO issues. This is what good customer service is all about. I have always liked M&Ms foods and will deal only with the Davis store from now on.
Amazing service! I haven’t shopped at m&m’s in years because it’s a tad bit expensive. Will definitely be coming back just for the service. Absolute sweetest people working here!
This is the ONLY location that Hubby and I visit. Debbie and all the ladies here are sweet and very Helpful. My Hubby also works retail and even he agrees that the service here in Top Notch. I also like the suggestions that the Ladies give for certain products.

Recently, I had placed an online order for pickup, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to pick up my order before the store's closing hours. With the intention of collecting my order the following morning, which happened to be Christmas Eve (December 24th), I encountered an unexpected issue that prevented me from doing so. In a moment of frustration, I decided to explore the possibility of reordering through DoorDash and having it delivered. I reached out to the store to explain this and they offered delivery to my office, all without any additional charges. So, of course, I accepted! She did deliver it, and I offered a modest tip that she refused. This act of kindness, especially on a day as significant as Christmas Eve in a world where such genuine gestures can be scarce, deeply touched my heart. It reaffirmed my belief that there are still good-hearted individuals who embody the spirit of giving without expecting anything in return. The exceptional service I received from this store has secured a long-term customer in me. And great M&M brand building! I kindly request that you reach out to this store and commend them for their extraordinary display of generosity. I believe the name of the wonderful woman who facilitated this act of kindness is Janette, who delivered it, and the second employee working there today should be complimented as well. Always such nice people ~ eager to help, open with suggestions yet not pushy. The store is clean, the products well displayed and easy to access. Realy enjoy being a member and getting wonderful deals each week.
Had to sit and wait for the person to return sign said back in 5 min took 15 to 20 . Went for the strawberry shot cake very expensive 22 dollars you can get the same thing at no frills or superstore for 16 dollars for large size or 10 dollars for small. Should have went there instead of waiting.
M&M has the best customer service, bar none. They really know their products and are so willing to help! Also, and of course, you cannot go wrong with the food quality and selection there!
