Extremely rude attendant! Not use this car wash! This attendant (Vijay) was extremely unhelpful, after our vehicle did not advance into the car wash. We rang the bell asking for assistance, and he refused to help us, saying we need to call a 1800 ### to get their car wash working properly. He wanted us to leave the car without having our washed completed which we paid for. He said that it was our problem for the machine not working. Furthermore, he told us not to ever come back, even thoughwe have been long time local customers. This is worst customer service we have ever experienced at Petro Canada and is disgraceful to the Petro Canada Brand.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Petro-Canada location. The staff member at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. When the car wash malfunctioned because my vehicle wouldn’t shift into neutral, the wash ran without my car going through. I used the intercom to ask for help, and instead of offering assistance, they told me to back out—even though there were three cars behind me. All of us had to reverse out of the lane, which was unsafe and frustrating. When I went inside to calmly explain what happened and simply request another wash code, the employee insinuated that I was trying to steal a car wash. They refused to give me their name, refused to provide the manager’s name, and continued treating me like I had done something wrong. I left feeling embarrassed and disrespected over something that could have easily been resolved with basic customer service. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I hope management addresses this behaviour so no other customer is treated this way.
Really disappointed with the car wash and I paid for the Superworks Premium wash. Clearly didn't get the car clean. The front & back windows still show the grime where the wipers don't reach. Bird droppings not cleaned off. The whole back looks like it was not washed at all with all the dust & grime. I asked for a refund; but, was declined. All they offered was another wash which makes no sense. If it was dirty after the first one, then it will be dirty after the second. Update: In fairness, we took the car to a soft-touch wash and there was still some bird droppings on the car; but, the windows and the back were clear, all the grime was gone. It actually looked like it had been washed.
We used to use this location all the time, but will no longer come here. Today there was a young woman at the desk who I asked to pre-authorize a pump for me. She asked for the amount and the pump number which I provided, I paid and she handed me the receipt. When I got to the pump, I selected 94 and it said “wrong grade selected”. I thought easy mistake no problem, went back inside to correct the issue. The young woman rolled her eyes and sighed at me, and said “how am I supposed to know which gas you want”. When I mentioned that she never asked me which gas I wanted, she replied “it’s your gas not mine, maybe you should have told me. I don’t need the gas, you do”. I had her cancel the authorization and left. The amount of disrespect was disgusting. I know that girl will never care about losing our company’s business, but I hope someone will.
Worker behind the counter is EXTREMELY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL ! Manager has zero respect for customer!!! Zero customer service! YOUR CUSTOMERS DEMAND RESPECT!!
Customer service is brutal at this location. Not sure what their problem is, but really need to be looked into by Corporate. Yelling at customers because they need help is never appropriate. Do better
Feb 2025: unfortunately, the worst Petro-Canada. Today, the pump was so slow at -10 cold ? so had to leave it on the clutch and went inside the car. A mistake! It was Overloading on the ground till someone came and told me. Pump not working & Clutch not working! ? Ongoing issue. My review updated again January 2025 Car wash closed most of the time! Why sell 90 days season pass, if you can’t provide the service? Updated 2023
