Clean and calm atmosphere, very warm and welcoming. Staff was sooo friendly and nice and helpful, Truly a delight! And the best chicken burger I've ever had in my life! My grandma says the same thing about the haddock. Fries were a bit bland but perfectly crispy!
We dropped in on our way home first visit...won't be our last!! King the chef provided us with the best fish and chips ever. .excellent service. Food . Highly recommend.. the whole place was spotlessly clean too. Great place
The owner, Jimmy, is great. Fish & chips were so good as was the homemade clam chowder. Decor is basic but sparkling clean. Do yourself a favor and stop in for a great lunch.
My sister and I had the two Haddock and one fries. Nice crisp batter. Pleasant, bright interior. The owner was friendly. Definitely worth a repeat visit.
Brit here. If you're searching for English-style Fish and Chips, this is not it.. Fish is ok. Thick cut and ok batter. Chips were shoestring style though, not though cut English style. Disappointed, especially for the price paid.
The food is great. Tried Haggis for the first time, its divine - although heads up, it may not be a desired texture for some, i loved it. Crunchy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside. Will be working my way down the old country favourites part of the menu FOR SURE?
Staff is very friendly and the halibut and chips were delicious. Not too greasy and crisp. The coleslaw was good but I like a little more creamy(personal preference)
