Dr. Shane Citron removed my daughter's wisdom teeth a couple of weeks ago and he was amazing! Dr. Citron was kind, compassionate, easy to talk to and the surgery was completed quickly, without any issues. His personal follow-up through the next few days was a huge comfort and my daughter's experience was very easy from the day of surgery to full recovery. It was exactly the same experience with my older child when Dr. Citron performed her wisdom teeth surgery 1.5 years ago. Highly recommend!!!
Dr Shane Citron was so amazing taking out my wisdom teeth , he was professional , kind and caring and made me less nervous about surgery exposing every step of the way what he was doing. I won’t forget his assistant Bonnie , she was the sweetest lady and eased all my nerves ! You can tell she really cared about her patients! Thank you Bonnie
I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. My CBCT appointment was booked two weeks in advance and even confirmed by their office a day before. However, less than an hour before the scheduled time, they asked another clinic(a referring dental office), to inform me that the appointment was suddenly cancelled and that I should go elsewhere instead. This kind of last-minute cancellation, without directly contacting the patient to explain, is extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. Patients take time off work and arrange their schedule for these appointments. Such behavior shows a lack of respect for patients’ time and trust.
so so amazing! i had my wisdom teeth done while my sister also had hers done. all the staff and Dr. Citron were so supportive and sweet. they made us feel so comfortable! 100% would recommend.
Ultimately I felt their priorities weren’t patient focused so we decided to go elsewhere for our services. Office is nice and front staff were also friendly as well as our initial visit was fine which is why I’m giving it a 2 star review.
To start off, I am generally really scared and nervous of dental places. I can't begin to explain how comfortable the team and Dr. Citron made me feel when I told them I wanted to remove my wisdom teeth. In my case, the nerves were wrapping my wisdom teeth so it was a bit of a different procedure, the team explained to me what can happen and the choices. Gave me time to think about it and were super pleasant. During my procedure, I was asked to reconfirm everything I have asked to be done and that was super reassuring that I was in the know of what to expect. One second I'm sitting in the lobby and the next I'm out cold on the chair getting my teeth pulled out. Easy done. The documents for my post removal were super helpful and the team provided everything I needed to recuperate fast. I just followed everything recommended to me step by step and I was able to not feel any pain by the 3rd day and swelling all good by the 4th or 5th day. I am grateful that this team and Dr. Citron was able to take so much care of me. Highly recommend.
Dr. Coicca did a wonderful job with my two implants. He explains each procedure well and has a gentle touch. He is very thorough and aims for a perfect match. His assistant is also very nice and efficient. Nicky on the front desk is kind, friendly, and goes out of her way to work with my schedule. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with this office!
