We have been visiting the clinic for more than 5 years, what an incredible experience with very caring staff. Dr. Steven Wahba the best dentist ever with lovely personality and caring passionate. And one of our very favorite person I always love to deal with is Josie the very caring and loving person in the clinic, she is very professional and very helpful. She will accommodate you as much as she can. We had a journey with an implant process through 6 months Josie never hesitated to help us with the insurance companies to ge what we are eligible for. I’ve been debating whether or not to write this review for quite a while but since it has been weighing heavily on me. I just wanted to let everyone know my experience with this dental clinic. The staff is lovely, from the receptionist to the dental hygienist but if you go here to get your cavity filled or get your cleaning done here make sure to get a second opinion from another dentist as I got a supposed “cavity” filled here a while back that didn’t need any filling and the dentist I saw not sure if her name was shabnam but she ended up drilling too far into my tooth which has now unfortunately caused irreversible pain and severe sensitivity. Not to mention she did not fill my cavity in properly and I had to get it redone by another dentist lol. They basically strung me along saying I had a bunch of cavities to fix. Removed half my tooth enamel, filled it in incorrectly where there was then a BIG gaping hole in the middle which I’m pretty sure is what caused the damage then proceeded to try and sell me a bunch of products I didn’t need. To top it off they still got paid by my insurance and out of my pocket. When I complained they didn’t even care enough to accommodate me or give me my money back they just completely disappeared after hassling me to come in for another appointment and pay off the rest of my account AFTER THE DAMAGE WAS DONE. The cleaning I did was atrocious too.. still had gunk on my teeth coming out of it and had to go back to get them re-done. This is just a heads up to anyone looking to go here! Make sure to watch out your tooth and your pockets will thank you in the long run. ??♀️
Great dentist with friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the facility is always very clean. I have been coming here for a few years and have always received great service. I started my Invisalign journey with them in January and it has been a very smooth and easy process. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone in the area!
