When my basement flooded, I called Vladimir and he immediately came to my rescue. He clearly explained what needs to be done, like calling our insurance, etc. Without his help, knowledge and professionalism I would of been lost! Vladimir is Trustworthy, attentive to detail, thinking outside the box, respectful and very helpful. His work was excellent and we are very happy with the results
