I had a great experience with Platinum. I dealt with Ian from start to finish. He was very professional. Booking my appointment for a car detail was quick and the service was as described. I left an SUV to get cleaned that was a mess inside and out. The car came out looking brand new. They removed every last piece of dog hair and conditioned the leather back to factory original. Platinum has now detailed two of my cars. I would highly recommend them.

Ian was outstanding to deal with - professional, friendly and his shop is very neat, clean and tidy. I brought them my car which had a strong cigarette smell and dirty mats.
