The owner (short looking creepy unethical guy) lacks manners and approach. Customer service is Zero. It's a shame to tell lies with your reply. You wanted cash to avoid letting CRA know you did my work and unrequited. Show proof of the agreement. We agreed on 200 and when I gave you the cash, you wanted to make sure you exploit me with extra cash
They killed the car battery in my dads Camry, left it dead for a couple days and now the battery wont hold a charge. They also damaged the rear defogger in my brothers car. Not professional, no accountability for the damage they cause. We will never come here back again.
I had the interior detailed on 2 cars here. They were absolutely thorough, going through everything. You might pay a little more here than elsewhere but you get what you pay for. I've had my car detailed before and it doesn't compare to this. Very well done couldn't be happier with them.
Came here to get my fiance's car detailed. Was referred by my step mom. Called a few times beforehand with questions. Reagan was amazing to deal with, very friendly and professional! I explained to him what we were looking for and he gave us the perfect package to fit our needs. Car looked absolutely amazing after!!! It looked brand new! We are going to bring my car in next! Can't say enough good things about Fine Details in Newmarket! One very anxious dog with very full bowels ~ 5 minutes into the car ride those bowels emptied. That anxious dog now frantic, trampled the mess into every possible nook and crany of my car. A Google search led me to Fine Details and the owner put my mind at ease assuring me he could handle it. Just 24 hours later every inch was clean and sanitized, the odour eliminated, and my sanity restored. Thank You Thank You!
