My car battery died in –23°C weather, and without hesitation, Matthew came out to help boost it—even in those freezing conditions. 5 or 6 people sitting in an auto bay Looked terrified to answer questions. Then some special ed guy gets up and gives you the coldest greeting only wanted an estimate. Didn't want an appointment for a estimate. Never again and was directed there from new roads Chevrolet in newmarket. Strike 3 for them also.

I brought in my 2024 Ford Escape for repairs. Everything seemed ok but after some time once I got it back. I started to notice on the tailgate in the right light.There looks like there's drip lines of paint. I have brought other vehicles in before, and never had a problem. So I'm going to go there and see if they can fix this for me fingers crossed
Our vehicle had a mishap with the two passenger side doors and required a fairly major repair. Our insurance gave us a choice of three of their recommended body shops. We chose the closest and it was Newmarket Auto Body. Best choice. The service was friendly, quick, and to us it seemed very efficient. Katrina kept us informed of the progress and was really helpful. They arranged for a rental while our vehicle was being repaired. After the vehicle was repaired I was going to get an interior detailing as it was dirty but after picking the car up I found that they had cleaned the vehicle inside and out……..no detailing required………pleasant extra. Thanks again Katrina and staff at Newmarket Auto Body.

Also, the location is very convenient as you can find the Enterprise just next door. If you are a detail-oriented person, I do Highly recommend this place, 5 star no doubt.
