Assured automotive was great. Super quick and excellent service. I can’t even tell that my car had been hit anymore. Fingers crossed I don’t need to return, but I would gladly if I needed to. Thank you to Chris and team.

I had a car accident last month. Despite not being sure if I would be able to find a good repair shop in Newmarket, I went to Assured to have my car repaired. They have a knowledgeable front desk and Joan in particular knew exactly what needed to be done after an initial inspection of the car. All I can say is that with the work Ashur did for me, I don't think I would take my car anywhere else if this happened to me again. They did a great job of doing everything that needed to be done. The most important thing for me was that they knew how to do their job accurately, cleanly, on time and at a reasonable cost. I am very happy with my car repair there and will definitely recommend them to friends who are having this problem.
Got the car fixed after accident and keeps having problems picked it up and blue smoke out the exhaust wasn’t doing that before and bumper sagging paint doesn’t match damaged wheel I was promised a cheque for insurance clunking at rear of car and gas cap broken and wasn’t fixed properly car should have been totaled
I took my vehicle here to fix it after a minor collision. They fixed the door but created other problems with the door locks. When I went back their Manager said its wear/tear. It would be extra. I went to my mechanic who is super experience and reputed in the town, he mentioned it should be done by the Collision repair center as its linked with the repair they completed. Now, I'm chasing these people to fix it who are asking to pay $1000+ for the repairs they didn't do at first place. NOT-RELIABLE and TRUSTWORTHY!
I recently did some damage to my brand new truck, and was, for lack of a better term, devastated. Assured Auto provided a perfect experience, from beginning to end. All staff (I dealt with Justin primarily) were friendly, professional, and made me feel confident that I was in the right place. They updated me on everything, were transparent about all work and costs needed, and even finished the job a few days early! The paint job is flawless, the truck looks as if no damage ever occured, and they even cleaned it inside and out, which was much appreciated in the salty winter weather. It was a pleasure to get it back looking so great, and such an immense relief. Thank you, Assured Auto, for a fantastic experience!
We have had 3 different repairs carried out by Assured Newmarket on 3 different vehicles in the past 10 years and have been very satisfied with the service, turnaround time and quality of repair each time. Most recently, my husband's vehicle was hit while parked (just down the street from Assured) so it made sense to take it there for repair. (We went through insurance which was easy enough). I received a phone call from Assured to advise that the car might be ready on a Friday depending on whether parts were available; otherwise, it would be ready on Monday. I received another call on the Thurs to advise that the car would be ready the next day (as promised). The repair was done very well and the car was clean and shiny (it had been washed, something my husband doesn't always do on his own, LOL). I read the negative reviews but these don't line up with our 3 experiences in dealing with Assured. I would recommend them either in Newmarket or Mississauga (where they helped my father with a repair about 11 years ago).
