When we first met with Jenna on our discovery call, I felt like a weight was lifted when she started going through everything with me. Rachel and Jenna created a thorough timeline and we felt completely taken care of. When Rachel and Sabrina arrived on the wedding day, they were well-prepared, professional and overall lovely. They knew our plans inside and out and they were going make sure the day went out without a hitch (spoiler: it did!!!). I felt so calm, relaxed and easy going the whole day, knowing that Sabrina and Rachel had it all under control. You both brought such a calm energy, like if the sky was falling, I wouldn't even know because you two would be holding it up for us. As a type A myself, I prepared myself again and again for our big day and I felt so good after our big planning meeting that all the details were covered. It felt like you two were two halves of a whole, working in unison, anything I could think of was already done and it was so nice to shut my brain off and fully enjoy the day, THANK YOU for that. And on top of that, for the little things, like calling me in for Taylor Swift Love Story playing, figuring out where my mom wandered off to, getting the first dance song figured out in 60 seconds or less... I had so many friends and family noticing what a great job you both did, and they don't even know the half of it!! And lastly, you made tidying up and packing the reception hall so easy the next day. I am so so grateful we met you guys! I cannot say enough good things. You truly are a dream team, thank you so so much. You made our wedding day a dream come true!

Jenna and her entire team were amazing to work with. She pays attention to every detail and ensured we got all the photos I wanted, kept everything on schedule, and set up the decor perfectly. Her quick responses to emails, professionalism, and experience in the industry were evident. She also thought of things that brides may not consider on their wedding day, such as an umbrella and tape. Working with her and her team was beyond amazing. On the day of the wedding, there was a delay with the food, but Jenna quickly came up with a solution by rearranging the schedule to accommodate for the delay without the guests even noticing. Leading up to our wedding Jenna was extremely organized and helpful, responding to emails thoroughly and quickly. Then on the day of the wedding Jenna and her team ensured everything went off without a hitch. The team kept us calm, organized and on time. Our wedding had over 250 guests, but because of the support from Jenna and her team, we never once felt overwhelmed. They took care of the little things and the details behind the scenes (even tying ribbons around the menus at every single place setting!) so that my husband and I could be present for our friends and families. They also captured some pretty amazing behind the scenes footage!
I worked with Jenna as my florist for my wedding last month & she was sooooooo amazing!! Jenna has excellent customer service right from the initial inquiry until the very end following up after the wedding. She is so patient & understanding & willing to do whatever it takes to complete your vision for your event. She is able to take your ideas or reference photos/videos and create them in real life. It's unbelievable what she can do & the talent she has. Jenna's personality makes the entire experience 10000x more fun & personable. All of the flowers we had for wedding - bouquets, centrepieces, boutonnieres, corsages, sweetheart table etc were beautifully done. The flowers were fresh & very presentable. Our florals looked gorgeous & our guests LOVED them. Jenna also offers candle & charger plate rentals which we took advantage of and it was sooo reasonably priced & great quality. Jenna's overall quality of work, customer service, items she provides .. everything is just over the top 10/10. I would recommend Jenna & her team to anyone looking for florals & rentals for their special events in the GTA. She is worth it.
