Good terminal, which is 20 stops away from richmond hill center terminal, i always commute from markville mall to here!
It gets the job done but it ain't pretty. The staff are rude more often than not. And heaven forbid you need a pack of cigarettes, here you need a driver's licence to buy them. Pretty sure if I had a driver's licence I wouldn't be at the bus terminal.Other than that, there's a ton of sketch bags, and junkies wandering around. It's fine if you're just changing buses or going to the mall, but If you have to wait for a bus, you may want to retreat inside.
Really dislike this bus terminal. Washrooms are disgusting and not properly maintained. Should consider having security guards considering this bus terminal attracts questionable people who often loiter here for long periods of time. Terminal staff is oftentimes rude, and definitely misogynist. My wife received rude treatment, but as soon as I came over and was served their attitude changed. Unacceptable.
The washroom is usually a wreck on top of the fact they never seem to restock on products.
