So far I’ve had my septum and snake bites done here, and they’ve always healed amazingly, they take great care of you, ensure quality material, tailor things to you, etc. is it a bit pricey? Yeah! But this is a luxury and safety is very important. I’m going again for sure!

Just took my girlfriend there very crapy customer service gave the wrong size piercing and refused to change it without charging another $60 after she had explicitly said she wanted it to be the same size as the one she had
My daughters birthday was Monday and I missed the sale for 15% off earrings by one day. I asked if they can call the owner. They wouldn't do that. Said I missed the sale, too bad so sad. It would have been better if they didn't tell me I missed the sale. Why did they do that
My daughter and I went in for matching mother daughter tattoos. We had a vision but none of the tattoos that we saw online were what we wanted. Edduar designed an amazing tattoo with our birth flowers intertwined. The fine line detail work is incredible. I have already booked another appointment to have an old tattoo of mine fixed that I got somewhere else.
This shop is horrible and will not inform you of hidden policies!! Gave a deposit for an appointment, had a family emergency that changed my life situation. Called over a month away from my appointment to cancel. Refused to refund me my money back, they had over a month to fill my spot. They never informed me the deposit was non refundable. Zero help, has essentially stole $100 from me. Beware of this shop and their “policies and procedures”.
