They had a daily special for $12.99. When I checked my receipt they charged me $13.99. When I did bring it to their attention they told me it was the tax. When I told them the tax was added to the receipt they claimed the $1.00 extra was for the Greek salad I ordered...you do have a choice of any 3 salads with your order. I did not want to escalate the situation so I left. Be aware of the Newmarket branch.
The gentleman who made my order at 2:48pm, November 15th 2025 (L chicken on sticks and large chicken shawarma wrap) was excellent. He makes the fries perfectly and the chicken amount as well as the portions. He is easily the best. I have visited the location multiple times and if it is not him, I will be going to another location. He should be manager if not already.
This is first time I have wrost experience with Osmow’s. There is only 5% chicken quantity loaded with lettuce and onions. I added tomato but they didn’t put. This is the first time I feel I spoil my money on food.
Today we bought one large chicken on the rocks around 12:30PM for takeout .when we reached home and try to eat the food we noticed smell we found out the rice was spoiled. When I called the store the person said we cooked new rice and come back we will give new one if you care about your health stay away from this place
First visit to this location. I know Osmows and this location is BAD. I asked for lots of garlic sauce, like extra. I got less than normal. The rice was overcooked. There are better schwarma places out there and DEFINITELY better Osmows locations out there. Sorry Harry Walker Dr. Newmarket you've lost a potential customer.
The speed of prep was great and the food is delicious, however I did find a piece of plastic in mine. It's not a big deal to me but might be something to look out for
I love to take food from osmows when I return back to home . Sohail was really supportive and he always help me to choose new dishes. His customer service is great .
