I am an avid home cook/chef and love my knives. Always wanting to learn more and not rest my laurels on here-say or old but common untrue beliefs, I decided to enrol myself in Toufic's Knife Sciences 101 course...that I participated in last night...well, it was amazing. Informative, educational and fun! I learned so much..then onto the practical side of things and sharpening my own knives...we were even able to actually measure the sharpness of the job done! Far from being an expert I am on the road to sharpening mastery. Out in the garbage go my old "pull-thru" sharpeners as well as my electric Chefs Choice...the sharpening stone is the only way to go from now on. Kudos to a young man that is passionate about his craft and loves to share. Thank you.
Prompt and reliable service, offered a great price for several knifes. And offered extended free service if I am not happy with the performance of the knifes. Next, I will bring to them my blades from the loan mower and a few pairs of garden scissors. Keep it up father and son!
