Complete rip off. All the soap dispensers were empty. We just got varying pressures of plain water without any soap or wax or ANYTHING!!! The card dispenser was empty. I don’t think the owners have been tbere to do any maintenance or upkeep all summer. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
Just now, I wanted to use the vacuum cleaner. I inserted a coin, the vacuum turned on but didn’t work. I tried to get help from the staff, but no one was here. I thought maybe this one was broken, so I decided to try another one. Again, I inserted a coin, but this time it didn’t even turn on. If the machines are broken, you should put up a notice saying they are out of order, or have someone available here to assist. Even the phone number provided did not answer. I’m really disappointed.
Skip this place. It took my money and didn't provide any service as the machine was empty of soap or water. When I contacted the company, I got one text and then was dropped. I didn't want to have to leave a bad review, but I don't want anyone else to lose money at this location. I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand...that's going to be my new habit from now on!
Went to this car wash and used the bay all the way to the left. Ate all my coins, but accepted $3 but ate the rest. I didn’t have any more change to put in since the minimum is $5. Tried to get my change back but coins didnt return.
Nothing wrong with the wash, but in this century they should be providing the option to pay by debit instead of making customers have to mess around to pay with coins. As they like to be so archaic, maybe I should have taken a chicken and attempted a barter payment.
No idea why so many bad reviews. They have a change machine, good foam brush, good water pressure, and a variety of soap and wax options. The bays are also kept tidy and clean. The prices are like everywhere, $1 per minute. Will be coming back for sure.
This is my second time using this car wash. Both times money was taken and service was not provided. Last time I used credit card, and more money was taken out than I used. When I called they said there is a certain amount that is put on hold and they will return the balance. That never happened. This time I just needed to vacuum the car and was short on time so came here. After depositing the coins machine started but there was no suction. So when I checked the hose it turned out it was broken, taped and the tape came off. The other vacuum was out of service. This carwash equipment is not maintained at all. The last 6 months when I pass there is nobody using their equipment. So I guess others are aware that this car wash equipment is not working. The only plus is the location.
