I come by often to see their selection of old school games. These guys have an amazing selection, amazing personality and service. Wish we had more stores and people like this. Cant thank you guys enough. Always a pleasure!
This specific location is staffed with a great team. I found them to be very kind.. knowledgeable and organized. Most importantly I feel they are fair and make efforts to be accommodating during any transaction.

These guys are scum... especially the guy claims to be an "expert" in music. Super pretentious and will undercut you at any opportunity. Take the time to go to another location if possible! They will be more fair
The Xbox controllers they have for sale are super filthy, they do not try and clean them at all, otherwise pretty good. Cheap DVDS, Blu-Ray and video games/consoles.
Do not go here for musical instruments. I brought in a 1984 Larrivee bass guitar and he would not make an offer saying "I have been doing this for a long time it needs a lot of work" the only problem with the bass is the finish is in rough shape, but function is immaculate as I just had it serviced at The Arts Newmarket and the finish is something that is not to be redone or worked on as it would take away from the character and original finish. The Arts Newmarket said it was a Honor to work on a piece of Canadian history while this guy shurgs it off like it was some kind of broken copy. Also when I told him it was a Larrivee he said is a smug tone "Can you prove it to me?" and I replied yes I can have a expert at The Arts tell you how he knows it is genuine, and he just shook his head lol... It is also worth noting that I was not looking for a lot of money as I only needed a pawn loan for less than a week.
