We had a wonderful girls’ gathering at the banya. The cozy atmosphere and perfect steam left us relaxed and refreshed. A place that feels just like home — with special thanks to Olga and Alexey for their warm hospitality.
My friend and I had been planning to go to this place for weeks. I triple checked their website to see when women's night is, and to make sure that the sauna is open, since we were driving from over an hour away and had to get a sitter. When we arrived on Tuesday just after 5pm, the door was locked. The owner opened the door and said they are closed today. She said that we should have checked the website before coming. When I explained that I did check the website and that we just drove from an hour and a half away, she said " nothing is ready, it's my birthday today and I don't feel like working". So we left. I checked their website again after I got home. Nowhere does it say that they are closed. What a horrible way to treat new customers. We will obviously NEVER be back. *** Thanks for your reply, but even if your updates page has (now) been updated regarding women's day, it still didn't say that the sauna is closed on Tuesdays. We showed up during your open hours and you sent us away.
Amazing Experience. Customer service is excellent. Place is very high end, Clean and relaxing. The owners are so friendly! I Will definitely be back and highly recommend
After 2 hours there tonight, I felt like I had a 7 day vacation, I did NOT want to leave!! The owners greeted us with huge smiles and are super knowledgeable about everything sauna. They keep the place super clean and everything is very hygienic in there. We were also offered complimentary tea, it was so lovely. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will be going back to experience this feeling of zen and relaxation more often!! What an amazing and unforgettable first time experience!!!! Thank you Olga and Alex I will be back VERY SOON!!
