I was helped by a younger brunette woman today (unfortunately didn’t get her name). She was beyond helpful and I felt like she genuinely wanted to help us! The staff knowledge here is very helpful!
A huge thank you to the two lovely ladies helping me out! Totally forgot to catch their names. They were patient with me, spent almost an hour bringing me shoes to try on to make sure I had something I was happy with. Took the time to explain everything to me and shared some great tips and tricks. Highly recommend coming here to make sure you get something that works well and is actually suited for your feet!
Bought my first shoes for *running* with knowledgeable and friendly help from Gillian. Store was busy but the staff did not try to rush anyone, we each had their time and attention when it was our turn. Browsed the clothing and will likely return another day if I actually discover I’m a runner

Small and cozy shopping space with the most knowledgeable and lovely staff ever!! They always go the extra mile to make sure you are looked after and satisfied. I highly recommend running room as a place to purchase running/ walking/ athletic gear, but also for their weekly runs with incredibly patient and knowledgeable trainers. Worth every moment and penny to say the least!!
