Chad was awesome! The roof repairing work was originally scheduled for this morning but unfortunately it was impossible to proceed due to the rain. Chad is very friendly and thinks for the customer, he did his best returning in the afternoon to complete the job, I am very appreciated. He did a great job on the roof for a very reasonable price. So happy and grateful to Roof Pro Plus - highly recommend!
Roof Pro plus gets a 5 for the roofing and a 1 for insulating my attic.More than a year ago, the roof started leaking. I phoned around, and Roof Pro Plus was the only company who would send someone out immediately. Dean (I think that was his name) came and gave me a quote on a Saturday. He came back next day and put three tubes of caulking on my severely worn out shingles to hold me over until the actual repair. He then offered to add some insulation to the attic. Good plan, because I only had at best 6 inches of pink fiberglass up there. The price for the shingles and the insulation was only slightly more than a previous quote I had been given just for shingles (I had gotten another quote some months earlier, because I knew it was time for new shingles. Then I procrastinated until it became an emergency!)On the scheduled day, I went to work and came home to a completed job. They cleaned up nicely. If not for the new shingles and the bin, you couldn't tell they had been.But the insulation was not so good. I opened the hatch to the attic to have a look. In places the insulation was too deep (24"), and in places it was no deeper than it had been (6"). Also, the contract included building up the edges of the hatch to accommodate the additional depth of blown-in insulation. It hadn't been done, and I got quite a shower of insulation the first time I opened the hatch.I discussed this with Dean. I held back about 7% of the contract amount until the insulation was spread more evenly and the hatch was built up.He said someone would come by soon and finish the job. Totally disappointed with this company. Called for roof and rain gutter repair a month ago, the estimator came over and gave a very reasonable price based on the damage I have on the roof. He is very friendly and professional and pointed out there were couple of shingles need to repair as well. Then the appointment was set up on the other day from 3 to 5pm, I waited there for the whole afternoon, called and texted them, NO response. Contacted the company and tried to book another appointment because I understand sometimes the roof technicians may have a very busy schedule which is out of their control. Eventually heard nothing back from either the contractor or the company. Wasted my time. Not Cool.
Katrina and Chad were awesome! We needed an urgent repair as we were leaking water and there was another storm on the horizon. The team came out next day, did a great job on the roof for a very reasonable price. So happy and grateful to Roof Pro Plus - highly recommend!
I FEEL RIPPED OFF... see bottom update.My shingles blew off on a particular windy day. We called another place, they were more expensive and couldn't come out for 2 weeks. Roof Pro Plus came the same day, replaced the shingles, did some other small repairs and caulking and didn't charge extra. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. I also got a one year warranty on the work. They have certified roofers, which I appreciate. The roofer that came, Chad was knowledgeable, fast and friendly. I highly recommend Roof Pro Plus.UPDATE: had shingle damage within a few months, they offered to fix it at FULL PRICE, they said because it was a wind storm that damaged the shingles, it wouldn't be covered. The warenty said FOR ANY REASON.
