I got sucked in by numerous listings to an agent who listed my property May 28 requested a price drop and only held open houses. This agent was unprofessional and personally attacked me suggesting I was aggressive when I asked for activity reports on the property he did not even have good photos I opened my pool June 15 by July 27 he was unable to explain why I had no showings so he again blamed me. Taylor Sugar was very disappointing and resulted in less showings than my previous agent. Market is to blame? Nope bad agent with zero accountability
