I have never had a problem with the store not picking up the phone, in fact they helped me with an online order I was trying to place for BD invitations. I also did passport photos there, pretty happy with the service
Newmarket store. After waiting more than 10 mins, woman came to counter and was no help at all when I asked if they were able to scan a document onto a flash drive for me, basically told me “go over to the computers and it’s self explanatory”
The worst staples in all of Canada. Useless print division, useless every division. Hire a goddanm cashier already. Printing think there gods or something, and don’t pay attention to anyone, all of them have personalities of a tick. This place is a joke man. 1 star is only cause no stars isn’t an option
I have been dealing with the Staples in Newmarket since 2005, and at the time they were great. Since that time, the quality of service has gone considerably downhill. They rarely have their orders done on time, sometimes i have to fight with them to get things done. Not to mention that they seem to regularly cut their services and what they can do, so it becomes prohibitive to use them, and yet they keep asking me for my business. This last time, I ordered 200 pages to be paired and stapled...they stapled 15 pairs in the front of the order, and 8 pairs in the back, but left all the others in between unstapled, then marked the job as ready for pick-up. (ironic, given the company name). Ans of course, as usual, they never answer their phone for any department, including customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. They have lost my trust to get the job done.
By far the worst staples print shop I've ever dealt with! I can't count the amount of times they haven't been able to find my order or told me it wasn't ready and it was. So disorganized and there's one woman especially who is SO rude every time. Noone ever answers the phone when you call. Just terrible.
