I must say in all the years of shopping at this place this is the first time I actually had a staff that I was nice enough to come up to me and ask if I needed any help. Her name is Greatness. It’s usually all the staff talking shit together in the store. I would generally go a Monday morning/mid day and was never busy that they didn’t have time. Thank you Greatness for finally bringing customer service to this store. Unless I just look so scary that they can’t talk to me then I don’t know what was the reason.
I love this location ! The sales associate I always deal with is amazing. Such a fun shopping experience. My receipt said Amelia is her name . I appreciate the excellent customer service
Called today at 5pm and put a cardigan on hold till Monday at 3pm , at 515 pm a woman calls me back a says sorry a customer just bought the cardigan you put a hold . How can a customer buy something I've got on hols. Obviously they never put it away. Very disappointed . Never shop there again .
Very disappointed this time. I ordered two pair of shoes for a Bridal shower on the 16 June 2023. They arrived in a plastic bag on the 4 July 2023. They were ordered in plenty of time for a bridal shower but did not arrive on time. I thought that the shipping cost from USA to Canada of $39 was going to be reliable however I had to follow up with Purolator as well as Canada post which took over the shipment when they arrived in Toronto. The shoes in one plastic bag without packing were shoved in my rural mailbox. I have taken one pair back to my local Torrid shop as ordered two sizes same shoe. I emailed Torrid the day I received the shoes 4 July, Torrid replied 5th July asking for my order number but have not had a reply back since.
Had not visited the store before it was recommended to me I went found the customer service to be excellent no pushy sales people just very informative and assisted in the colors Styles and product that I needed to purchase
I used to love the store clothes wrinkled and for price and lack of quality im truly dissappointed staff ignored me and it was my bday to spend $ so i only used my gift cards will opt to another store.
Staff is never friendly. Prices are too high and both pair of work pants sucked. The band came un sewn on one pair and the other one the zipper busted. Spent 200 on them but I didnt have a receipt so I didnt return. Very unhappy with their quality and it's always a mess.
