I can't thank Dr. Hayward enough for the amazing job she did on my breast reduction. I am EXTREMELY happy with the results. Surgery went well and recovery was painless. This was my second breast reduction as the first one was over 2 years ago performed by another surgeon who failed to listen to my needs. I was not happy with the results - I could barely see a difference in size. When I addressed my concerns he completely ignored them and refused to make any revisions. I left his office devastated. I then researched and found Dr. Hayward and read all the great reviews about her and her staff and they were spot on! She was warm, kind and understanding and truly cares about her patients. Most importantly, she listens. I got my self confidence back and I owe it all to Dr. Hayward. A special thank you to Sarah for booking my surgery date alot sooner than expected.
I have been unhappy with the way I look for many years, I finally decided it's time and I underwent a fleur de lis tummy tuck a breast lift with implants. In the beginning of my pre-op appointment I felt so important, special and happy by Dr. Hayward and her amazing staff Shara and Marnie. It was an absolutely beautiful feeling. The day of my surgery I was petrified, But by the time I got into the operating room I felt like I was being treated like a queen, I was relaxed and comfortable with the whole procedure. Once I was finished I did have some complications and Dr. Hayward addressed them immediately. Once again, I was treated with such good bedside manner and professionalism. When I got home I thought i had a problem and I messaged Sarah, her receptionist at 3:00 Am and she immediately emailed me back assuring me I was okay. Now that I'm home and I'm standing in front of the mirror. I can't stop crying because I am so beautiful again on the outside. I got my breast reduction done with Dr.Victoria Hayward six months ago. I was super nervous because I hadn’t seen any before and after photos and was so worried about getting botched or having nerve damage. I had two children and at the time of surgery was 32 years old, DDD cup (for reference). Well the process was a very positive experience! I felt very comfortable talking with Dr.Hayward, going into surgery, she was very reassuring! The drive home was about an hour away and I ended up vomiting after getting out of the car so I would suggest bringing a bag in your car. The healing process went great, it took about 6 weeks for me to recover and start going for short walks and lifting my 2 year old (I tried to change her diaper at 5 weeks, she kicked and felt a pop as if a stitch tore so if you have young children, make sure you have help or be very careful). At 2 months I could pretty much do everything again but was still a little tender, they looked great at this point. Now 6 months have gone by and I love the way they look (went from a DDD cup to a C cup). I used the cream they offered at the clinic until it ran out then I started using cocoa butter vaseline for 2 months. The stitch lines are slightly visible still. After going through years of being uncomfortable just wearing clothes, running, walking, sitting and even laying down and the horrible neck and back pain that I used to have, and the amount of time I spent thinking negatively about how I looked and how irritating it felt having to adjust constantly; the relief I have now makes me teary eyed and is really indescribable. A weight literally lifted in so many ways. Dr.Hayward really changed my life in such a positive way and I feel very thankful.
Dr Hayward is amazing!! I have been dealing with chronic pain for years, the surgery performed not only made my pain 80% better after only 6 weeks but increased my quality of life! The staff are caring and friendly throughout the whole process I cant say enough good things about this Clinc! What a life changer!!

Shannon is such a joy to be around, and made my first time being there feel so special - giving me a tour of their clinic. Lynne was my beauty caregiver that day, and was so much fun to be with. Lynne really knows what she’s doing as I almost fell asleep multiple times during my facial. She was also super informative! I went in for a free consultation and they treated me so well. They gave me a free chemical peel and I can't wait to go back. The staff are lovely and make you feel so welcome.
