This pizza is so important and special. It is not New York and it's not Neapolitan. It lives somewhere in the middle. The toppings are so fresh and well crafted. Do not get the pepperoni pizza if you are looking to review this pizza. The mushroom, the pumpkin etc. should blow your mind. This isnt just pizza. This is culinary art.
Great little gem of place. I ordered the margherita and it was fantastic. I recommend anyone who is a pizza lover to try this spot. You won’t regret it.
Went here for the first time Last week. The pizza was delicious. The crust was perfectly made. Service was great too. Friendly staff. Will be back for sure!
My partner and I were really craving a pizza that wasn't a chain, and unfortunately, it didn't meet all of our expectations. We normally go for a good NY style pizza and while we recognize this spot is not known for that style, we still thought the pizza was just average. My partner got the pepperoni, and I made my own with a pesto sauce, mix of red onions, mushrooms, green peppers and beef ham. Here are some notes on both pizzas: - Crust: We both enjoyed the chewiness of the crust. - Base: too thin and floppy to a point where it didn't hold the ingredients really well. Unfortunately, when we got home and were eating the pizza, it was also kind of soggy at the bottom. - Pepperoni: the pepperoni itself tasted too artificial- the flavour was off. - Cheese: it was kind of non-existent, could barely taste any cheese. - Pesto pizza: the flavour of the pesto was just right, but I didn't enjoy the mushrooms (some tasted raw or not fully cooked), and I didn't appreciate the beef ham as much as I thought I would. It gave the savoury flavour, but didn't appreciate the texture as much. Think chicken would have been a better combo for this pizza. Wish we could like this more.
I'm from out of town, and this is easily some of the best and most authentic pizza I have ever had. The price is incredible when you consider it stacks up against some very expensive places. The gentleman who runs this place is great as well, definitely check it out if you're in the area.
Absolutely a lovely place!! Pizza is very thin and authentic, doesn’t bloat or make you feel lethargic afterwards. Napoli style. Yes it might be a bit “pricier” compared to chains like pizza pizza, etc., but the quality is unmatched. Perfect for a drop by and quick lunch/dinner! And yes they do make it very fast, a few minutes at most.
Good people! Fantastic thin crust pizza. Must try. Baked right in front of you with a high end Italian oven in literally 90 seconds. Super super thin crust. Awesome gelato too
